Cabin Rental Rules and Regulations

Check Out: 11:00 am

Payment:
100% of the total rental amount is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, you must cancel 60 days prior to arrival date. To receive a 50% refund you must cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival and less than a 30 day cancelation notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Pet Policy:
Sorry we do not allow pets on the property.

Non-Smoking:
All cabins are non-smoking.

Air Conditioning and heating:
All windows should remain closed while heating and air conditioning systems are turned on.

Garbage:
Please place all trash in outside containers.

Gas Grill:
After using grills please clean with the brush provided, please be sure to turn off gas grill when not in use.

Fire Pit:
Small outside fires are permitted in the designated fire pit area after 6:00 p.m. and when winds are below 5 MPH. DO NOT leave fires unattended! Fires are to be extinguished with the water bucket provided if you intend to leave the fire pit area. Burning of garbage is prohibited.

Damage Charges:
The vacation cabin will be inspected after each tenant's departure. If damages other than normal wear and tear are found, you will be notified immediately of the costs for resolving them. These costs may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, or in-cabin smoking, etc.

You must be 21 years of age to rent, no house parties are allowed.
